Able is our Nature

The struggle becomes the opportunity

The suffering becomes the learning

The pain becomes the gift

We always create what we need

Seeing the creation
is the opening

Finding the gift within
is the journey

As Spirit we are already Free

We are already connected to the Divine

Bringing our consciousness along is the task

We must transcend the Ego
that clings to the limiting pathways

We must use the challenges

And realize
Able is our Nature

And realize
Transformation is The Way

And realize
Freedom is our Destiny

Neutrality with the Growth Process

One of Lightwork’s spiritual principles is, ‘The moment is all there is and all moments are equal.’ It is only your programming that causes you to perceive that one moment is better than another. It is only your perception.

This applies to the spiritual journey. First you find your path. Then you walk it, fine-tuning all the pieces of your life along the way. You shift to a state of non-resistance. You begin to see that even though you will always encounter obstacles, you can just keep moving forward.

Be a Healing Force

Think of something you currently do that is supportive to the world. Let it be something you really enjoy about your life. Notice that by doing this, you are a healing force.

Now, notice what’s being generated in return. What are you receiving back? Validate this aspect of your reality.

Always notice the supportive aspects of your life that you want to maintain. You’ve created these. They’ve arisen from what you’re doing right now and what you’ve done in the past.

But of course, it’s important to notice all of your creations, even those that aren’t supportive to the world, and validate yourself. Spiritual practice is about letting go of judgment.

You’re working on changing your reality not because it’s a bad reality, but because you choose to change. You choose to heal. You choose to have awareness.

A spiritually senior state is a reality wherein you can tune into yourself as a spiritual being. This reality is much, much bigger than the material world. All the worries and stress become significantly smaller, or disappear all together, when you are in a state of spiritual seniority because you know that ultimately they do not matter. The events in your life are simply opportunities for you to learn, to grow, to evolve spiritually, and to become
conscious.

The Gift of Service

To be of clean service, you must first own your personal space, just like securing your own oxygen mask on an airplane before helping someone else.

I’ve watched clean service awaken within many spiritual warriors. As people begin to own their personal space, they naturally start to ask the question, ‘How can I help?’ It’s part of the spiritual journey.

But it is important to be aware that the dark version of service may still have some influence over you. This is service that feeds the ego. You can call it greed.

Greed is the unconscious belief you can take without giving back. Everyone is in process with healing this unhealthy aspect of the human journey.  Greed comes from programming that says material gain creates fulfillment. Ironically, at the core of this myth is a desire for true fulfillment – spiritual fulfillment. But of course this can’t be achieved through greed.

To overcome greed, it helps to increase your awareness that when you give cleanly to others, you are giving to yourself. There’s no need to seek gratitude, attention or material gain. By being of service to others, you are giving to yourself, valuing yourself and loving yourself.

As a spiritual warrior, you want to constantly create opportunities to be of clean service, uplifting yourself and others. And you want to steer clear of acts that are not of integrity.

Experiencing Yourself

You have probably had the sensation of experiencing yourself as Spirit in many ways. Perhaps it was as simple as experiencing being outside of time or feeling timeless. Perhaps when you are waking up in the morning, you have that moment, that experience of having to remember where you are, what your name is, what your life is like, what the current role you are playing on planet Earth is. These are little moments when you are touching into being outside of linear time.

Perhaps, at a core level, you believe, “I’m not good enough to truly be loved”, or “there is just not enough in the world”. Through meditation you can remove the old messages and allow yourself more abundance. Stay clear with your intent to let the old programming go. We create this world, this reality and it can be whatever we want. We exist in a universe of free will and unlimited energy, and anything can be created.
 
 

What is Energy?

Everything in the universe is made up of energy: trees, rocks, buildings, you the spiritual being, and the body you currently reside in.

Everything starts on an energy level first, then becomes manifest. There is, of course, a difference between animate and inanimate objects. You and the chair you are sitting in are both made up of energy, but you are a conscious, eternal, spiritual being with your own energy system, the chair is energy vibrating at a single frequency without true consciousness.

In Western culture, we have largely lost our ability to be aware of energy. Times are changing, however, and there is a move toward getting back in touch with our energy and our abilities; to get back to the way humans were originally designed.

It is natural to feel energy, to see energy, and to be aware of it on all levels. Everyone is aware of energy on some level. The spiritual journey is to bring it back into consciousness.

I look at the luscious growth of spring
and take none of it for granted

Being here in this beautiful world, is a gift

As the raindrops fall
in this West Coast rain forest …all is
still
voracious
and peaceful

We are nestled in a cloud
with trees silhouetted in white mist
all around

The journey of manifestation
is harsh and intense by nature

But it is also wonderful

Inside I take each step with deep gratitude

I am not entitled to any of it
I am grateful for all of it

And when I finally leave this place

I will shed a tear for the Earthly glory
I leave behind

The moment is a spiritual experience

The entirety of the Multiverse
sits within the moment

But the Multiverse is often just
broken into figestible bits
by the analyzer-mind

Spirit is much bigger than that

We have the gift of sight

We have the gift of presence

We have the gift of Source

Heartbeats Within Heartbeats

Listen to your heartbeat. How many heartbeats do you get until this manifestation is complete, this cycle is complete? The cycle of one life. The cycle of this Earth is also made up of heartbeats. Civilizations are heartbeats. Everything is always in constant motion. Nothing is ever static. Permanence is simply a limiting idea. Everything is going through cycles of life and death, beginning and end. As a lifetime ends, it is the end of a heartbeat. When a lifetime begins, it is the beginning of a heartbeat; thump, thump, constantly moving through realities, heartbeats within heartbeats.

I want to live in love

I want to be in love with everything

I want to vibrate at the frequency of love

The frequency of Source

I want to create “with” love

and have my reality be

in a flowing river of love

I want to bring the light of love

onto the Earth

and illuminate the darkness

I want to be a generator of love

which transcends the fear

in this time and place

I want to use the power of love

to heal the world

and create balance

I want to be freed by love

Remember Your Choice

Decide what reality you want to create and put that out into the world. Give it away. Let it go and ultimately you will receive it back. If you want to learn all of the time, then teach all the time. If you want to receive love from others all the time then love others all the time. Ultimately this comes back to you. If you want to be in a state of bliss it doesn’t work if you just sit around waiting for it. You simply need to be there and put it out. Simply be in a state of bliss and let that radiate out into the world, it will radiate back to you. Remember anything you put out into the world you will receive back sooner or later. Make your choices from this place.
