Powerful, Amused and Light: Zhenya’s Story

In celebration of Lightwork’s 30th Anniversary

Growing up, I have always perceived myself as a “funny guy”. Cracking a joke was my way of getting people around to be relaxed and more friendly towards me. It was a coping mechanism and I considered it to be the opposite of being powerful, decisive and strong. Doing Lightwork classes and meditations allowed me to see that being powerful and being amused and light are not the opposites, that I can be both at the same time.

As spirit, I am always powerful, amused and light, and being part of Lightwork allowed me to see it and choose it more and more often. Being around people who embody these traits and beliefs, the Lightwork community, is helping me with overcoming my fears and limitations around owning my power with lightness and a smile.
