Feel the vibrant life all around
They embrace us with protective strength
The lush summer green
Tall graceful joy
Flowing in the softness of the afternoon
Hawk shadow glides over the seasons of nature
We make a circle of sticks
The sacred in this moment
Gentle power around, above, and below
Have it, it is here

An excerpt from the book, ‘Navigation,’ by Scott Robinson
Abundance is the ability to create something and fully have the experience of it.
It is the ability to share your reality with something – to really soak it in. It is also known as high-havingness, and it can apply to anything.
It can be as simple as noticing the heartbeats in your chest and truly savouring the experience. Whether you are asleep or going about your daily life, your heart always beats for you. It goes on, steadily and faithfully, until you are complete with manifestation this lifetime. This is abundance.
Abundance can be a glass of water. First you are aware of the liquid. Then you become deeply present with it. As you drink it, you notice its sacredness. Perhaps you even tune into the entire Universe through the experience.
Abundance is a state of being. It is a way of living, without limits. It is love, ease and relaxation. If you choose it as your set point in life, you see abundance everywhere you look.

You may have been sold the idea that there’s a better way to live than your current life. This better life comes with a better relationship, which is found in a better community with nicer people. There you have a better home, a better car, and a better job with a bigger salary. This allows you to save money, so one day you can really live a better life when you retire. Then you will finally be happy.
It’s not true. Your life is not out there. It’s here.
The only thing that actually creates contentment, fulfillment and happiness lies in this moment, and you as Spirit taking charge of it. This means you have to consciously choose to be happy and fulfilled in this moment. Choose for this to be your norm.
Don’t reserve joy for a vacation in the Bahamas. Choose it as an everyday thing. Your regular life becomes transcendent. And what is transcendence? Living your life in a spiritually-senior state, outside of charged programming.

Clouds give earth rain
No limits
Plants give energy
Flow
Power
Free and clear
The sun gives existence itself
Burns from within
I am humbled by this giving
Could I ever be that abundant?
Giving always with grace
Always with freedom and faith
The balance is beyond understanding
And I revel in its sure magnificence
With every breath I give thanks
For the gift of life
No strings attached

An edited excerpt from the book, ‘The Journey is the Goal’, by Scott Robinson
When you take a walk down the street, what percentage of the time are you present for it? Do you take time to look at the trees as they are silhouetted against the sky or to feel your heart beating as you move down the street? Do you feel the air you breathe or have you moved on to the next thing you are going to do? Walking down the street is as spiritual as meditation. We want to bring spiritual awareness into every moment and into all aspects of our lives. We want to extend our consciousness.
Each of us lives in different realities. If you walk past flowers without seeing them or savouring the fragrance, the flowers do not exist in your reality. They are not actually there for you. Something else was more important in that moment than experiencing the present. If you are present for your life, magic starts to happen and things turn up that you would never expect.

Another day dawns
Hopes and dreams awaken once more
Another spring is born
It suggests a future of Light
Another vow spoken
Integrity still alive
Another heartbeat
The reality of the manifest
Another being comes into body
The journey continues
Another sun ray
Another dewdrop
Another morning breeze
Another glance to the sky
And Source showers down on all
With glorious abundance

It may be hard for you to notice that your own spiritual evolution is happening.
Sometimes there are great leaps, but most of the time it is a steady, step-by-step process. Everything in your reality is part of the path. All of it has value. You have choice about how you handle it. Nothing ever goes wrong.

Like the young morning’s light
Orange, gentle, warming
The giddy excitement of the new
Grounded in the ancient
A bright and powerful dawn
The darkness slowly bleeding away
Revealing the places longing to be filled

The spiritual warrior always wants to act rather than react.
A reaction happens when you unconsciously respond to someone or something. It is when you are controlled by someone else’s desires — they want you to behave in a certain way and you do.
One of the ways you can become more aware of this pattern is to consider first whether a behaviour is something you really want to do. Then, consider if the behaviour is aligned with your spiritual principles.

The farther you go beyond
The farther you go within
The more you have self
The more you have all
The universe in the molecule
The big love has no limits
No fear, No ego, No pain
No attachment
Only yes
Only yes
Only yes

Along your meditation journey, it’s important to constantly update how you see yourself. Meditation creates change.
Every time you meditate you shift your energy and this changes your reality. Change can happen quickly if you meditate regularly. You aren’t the same person you were a few weeks ago.
Make sure you regularly check in with where you’re at and how you’ve changed. Celebrate the shifts you make.

Beneath the crashing waves
The still ocean
Beneath the blowing branches
The tranquil earth
Beneath the joy and sadness
The neutrality
Beneath the noisy crowd
The simple quiet
Beneath the drama
The contentment
Beneath the analyzer
The serenity
As I walk through the world
The sun warms my back
Wind and rain touch my face
Judgment is replaced by peace
And all
Just is

Light caught in the flowing wonder
Blue green turns white with life-force release
To tumble and glide in dangerous ecstasy is the desire of the wholly living soul
Every being on the way with staggering diversity
This moment in time opens up to my wishes with power so great it numbs the lies
and only allows truth to reign
Today I watch from a distance as life’s simple dramas are performed
What is my next entrance, my next exit?
All will be revealed, my intent is clear

An excerpt from the book, Navigation, by Scott Robinson
On the spiritual path two things are simultaneously true: you need to heal and you’ve already arrived. This is not a paradox.
As you walk the path, you realize there are wounds to see and heal, but you can also tune into yourself as Spirit. As Spirit, life can be full and rich. You can choose for every moment to be complete, no matter what is happening around you.
The external doesn’t determine the internal. You are in charge of your reality. Joy and happiness are a choice.

Spirit is what you are
You have
Profound perception
You also have
Limiting wounds
Be above the limitations
Be above the damage
With your
Crystal clarity
See what is…
The Spiritual warrior is always
Stepping to the higher ground
Always revealing
What is
Keeping the course steady
And steering
By the light of truth

Have you ever heard the expression, whatever goes around comes around? It is more than just a little saying. It is talking about the spiritual law of karma.
Essentially whatever you put out into the world, you receive back. If you put resistance out into the world you, receive resistance back. If you put anger out into the world, you receive anger back. If you put violence out into the world, you receive violence back. If you put love out into the world, you receive love back. If you put freedom out into the world, you receive freedom back. If you put ease out into the world, you receive ease back.
So decide what you want in your life. Decide what reality you want to create and put that out into the world. Give it away. Let it go and ultimately you will receive it back.
If you want to learn all the time, then teach all the time. If you want to receive love from others, then love others all the time. Ultimately this comes back to you.
If you want to be in a state of bliss, it doesn’t work to just sit around waiting for it. Simply be in a state of bliss and let that radiate out into the world. It will radiate back to you.
Anything you put out into the world you will receive back sooner or later. Make your choices from this perspective.

The journey is vast
But step-by-step I piece it together
Not knowing exactly what I’m seeking
I have faith that
The next truth will reveal itself
In nature things evolve
I believe this is true of the Spirit as well
Many have walked this path before me
I will watch for their teachings
And inward find the bigger space
A higher view
Scott Robinson // October 13th, 2020

An edited excerpt from the book, ‘The Journey is the Goal,’ by Scott Robinson
When you truly move into an experience of the present moment, you naturally move into a state of bliss.
You are not comparing the moment to any future event, any past event. The moment is whole and rich and everything.
Ultimately we realize that past and future don’t even really exist. The present moment is all there is, and in every moment there are transcendent wonders and deep learning. All we have to do is to make the choice of truly being there and experiencing it.
Believing one moment is more valuable than another moment, or better than another moment is simply judgment, and ultimately falls by the wayside as the present moment opens up to you.

So much of what happens in life is unconscious.
I believe meditation is about raising your awareness and recognizing what is really going on in your life. If you are unconscious of an issue, it is difficult to heal it.
There’s so much in society that promotes unconsciousness and denial. Ignorance is bliss, but it is not freedom and it doesn’t work forever.
When the question, ‘Why?’ becomes bigger than the comfort of ignorance, you become more conscious.
