How It Works
Lightwork offers a set of expertly instructed meditation classes – something for everyone. Maybe you’d like a quick 7-class series to get some helpful guidance and a set of techniques you can take away. If so, Lightwork Level 1 is for you.
If you’d like to continue after Level 1, Lightwork offers six more levels – do as many as you like. Study at Lightwork for a few classes, a few months, a few years – or ongoing. It’s up to you.
