Energy reading is a way to get information about what is happening in your energy system so you can understand yourself better. Energy healing is a way to release what limits you, so your energy can flow more powerfully.

How It Works
Book a 55-minute energy reading or energy reading-healing session to get insight and healing to support your personal energy system.
Sessions happen on Zoom or by phone. Your highly-trained, certified Lightwork reader-healer tunes into your energy and describes what they see.
Energy Readings
In an energy reading, you receive information about what is happening in your personal energy system, where you are empowered, where there are energy blockages or limitations, and how it all affects your life. You can ask about any aspect of your life. You can gain clarity to make important connections, and understand yourself more deeply.
Energy Reading-Healings
In an energy reading-healing, in addition to the information you receive in an energy reading, you receive energetic support to release energy that has been limiting your awareness and freedom. You get help with removing energy blockages so your energy flows more cleanly and powerfully in your personal space, allowing you to live your life with more clarity and freedom.
How to Use Your Session
You can use your session to support any aspect of your life. This includes but is not limited to: relationships, parenting, work, finances, health and wellbeing — any area of your life where you’d like to get insight and bring more flow.
At the start of the session, your reader-healer will ask if you have something specific you’d like to focus on, or if you’d like an overall look at your energy system.
How to experience Your Session
Lightwork sessions are professional, gentle and supportive experiences that allow you to relax and let go. Be in a comfortable seated position to support your energy flow. Feel free to ask questions at any point.
