Bio
Elizabeth Stevenson tried a Lightwork class for the first time in 2010, after observing a friend’s Lightwork journey. Realizing it was a fit, she took classes from her hometown of Victoria by phone for six years. She then packed up and moved to Vancouver to continue her studies, completing Lightwork’s Teacher Training in 2017.
Elizabeth is currently enrolled in Lightwork’s three-year Apprenticeship program, a role that supports the inner workings of the Lightwork practice.
Meditation helps Elizabeth to let go of fears and embrace all aspects of herself. She’s excited that teaching Levels 1 and 2 classes gives her the chance to share the Lightwork techniques with others.
Elizabeth also works in an academic library, where she is a sustainability leader. In her spare time, she loves singing and gardening — often simultaneously.
