Viola Tschendel took a Lightwork class for the first time in 2019 during a time of big life change. It was a great fit and since then she has studied Lightwork online from her home in Duluth.
In 2024, Viola completed Lightwork’s 2-year Teacher Training Program. She is currently enrolled in Lightwork’s Graduate Community Program to deepen her learning and healing journey. She’s excited to offer the Lightwork techniques in her Level 1 and Level 2 classes.
Meditation helps Viola access so much more of the lightness and brightness of life. It helps her let go of tension and anxiety, be grounded and at ease, and embrace all aspects of herself.
She also works as a graphic facilitator, supporting organizations in their learning, creating change and meaningful community engagement. In her spare time, she loves gardening, baking, walking through the woods, and playing with various craft and food projects.
