Lightwork Level 3 is a powerful next step on one’s spiritual journey. This class series is about seeing yourself more clearly. It’s about gaining a better understanding of what limits your life and your awareness.

You learn how to access pristine energies to support your healing journey. You learn to identify the energy that limits your life and release it from your system using meditation. 

In Level 3, you’ll review the tools you learned in Level 1 and Level 2 and learn new meditation techniques that enrich your spiritual awareness, insight and empowerment in daily life.

A guided Meditation Experience

How It Works

This class is delivered by web video, typically in 7 classes over 7 weeks. Each week your teacher guides you through spiritual lessons and energy releasing exercises so you can let go of unwanted energy. You learn an advanced meditation technique for replenishing your energy system. Using the information in Level 3, you can be far more aware of your own energy system, and energy dynamics in the world.

Your teacher will begin each class by guiding you through the Level 1 meditation sequence, allowing you to take it even deeper. Every class will include Q&A time to support your learning.

By the end of the series, you’ll have a new set of tools and spiritual information for navigating day-to-day life. 

You'll learn to:

  • Replenish your energy system using an advanced meditation technique

  • Connect more deeply with your knowing

  • See your own energy system more clearly

  • Release limiting energies

  • Shift to a brighter way of navigating life
