The Lightwork Level 2 class series is a more in-depth journey into self-discovery and personal empowerment. It’s a gentle step you can take right after Lightwork Level 1, designed to help you take your meditation practice deeper.

You power up your personal energy by learning to give healings. All healing is self-healing.
Lightwork Level 2 is designed to help you keep meditating. It's easier to sustain your momentum when you have structure and support.
Meditation & Healing
Lightwork Level 2 is the companion class to Lightwork Level 1. In Level 2, you practice meditating and learn to give Lightwork energy healings. This is a no-touch form of healing that you can do in-person or at a distance. It supports the core components of the human energy system.
When you learn to give healings, you turn up your personal power and advance your ability to care for your own energy system. You’re able to work with energy more effectively.
You have more vitality and strength.
You bring more light to yourself and others.
You bring more light to the planet.
Enrich Your Relationships
Level 2 offers a new perspective on how to relate to people (family, friends, colleagues and others) – not just by giving healings but in everyday interactions.
It empowers you to shift the energy in your relationships, to ensure they are based in respect, clear personal boundaries and empathy.
How It Works
This class series is delivered by web video or in-person, typically in 7 classes over 7 weeks. It gives you the opportunity to regularly practice your Lightwork Level 1 meditation skills. You also learn the Lightwork Healing Sequence and turn up your personal power.
Every class begins with a guided meditation so you can practice the Level 1 meditation sequence. Then, you are expertly guided through new lessons each week. You release unwanted energy from your energy system and practice giving healings. Every class includes Q&A time with your teacher.
Level 2 covers a variety of topics including:
- Understanding energy wellness & healing
- Energy awareness
- Empathy vs. sympathy or apathy
- Ease & present time
- Self-responsibility
- Giving & receiving cleanly
- Giving a 15-minute healing
- Giving a 5-minute healing

A Few More Things to Know
1. Level 2 grounds your knowledge of Level 1. No need to master Level 1 first.
2. It’s helpful to take Level 2 shortly after Level 1 to keep your meditation practice going.
3. Giving healings is FUN. And it’s a beautiful way to support others and brighten your energy.
4. Have your video camera turned on for online classes. It builds community and facilitates learning.
