Light As Air
 

Truth takes courage

Truth is sacred

Seeing what is…
within self
within others
within the world

Beliefs of healing

Beliefs to defend a wound

Both are real

One takes you to freedom

The other locks you into the karmic wheel

Truth is like sunlight, transparent and bright

Lie is thick and heavy
like the dark dark night

Stand up

Stand up tall

Face the darkness within

Release it to the wind

And become as light as air
