Bio
Cathy Belgrave is a certified Lightwork meditation teacher and energy reader-healer who has been practicing for more than 15 years. She applies Lightwork techniques to help with every aspect of her life – including parenting, career, and aging parents, just to name a few.
Cathy’s patient and supportive teaching style makes learning to meditate fun and easy. Her varied background makes her classes a great fit for a wide range of people.
Cathy holds a B.A. in Developmental Psychology, B.A. in Kinesiology, Bachelor of Education, and a Diploma in Recreation Therapy.
In addition to teaching meditation, Cathy is an education consultant for teachers and parents, and offers creative writing and art classes for children.
