At this point in your Lightwork journey, you’ve changed significantly and you are continually evolving. Think back to when you began, perhaps just a few short years ago. Notice how you’ve changed so far. Notice your personal power. Notice how you navigate your life.
The Apprenticeship is a three-year journey for Lightworkers who are ready for important next steps in their spiritual development. This program is about taking your spiritual authority and humility to the next level, helping others and supporting the Lightwork practice. You brighten your light by being of service.
In The Centre Of A Vibrant Community
As an apprentice to Lightwork’s spiritual director, Scott Robinson, you learn how students are guided through the spiritual journey. You’re at the centre of a rich and vibrant spiritual community. You’re involved in all aspects of the practice—from the big picture direction of Lightwork, to the smallest details of making sure things run smoothly. You participate in Lightwork’s staff activities, including staff meetings and energy setting for the practice. You support Lightwork classes, events and retreats.
The Apprenticeship is a considerable time commitment. It requires putting spirit first in your life and having a fierce commitment to your healing.
Why Level 7?
The apprenticeship program offers endless opportunities to learn, grow and shine as a spiritual being in a human body. It’s an opportunity to lend your unique talents to a dynamic community.
The program invites you to turn up your personal power, and hone your teaching, healing and energy reading skills. You cultivate deeper presence, non-judgement and spiritual seniority. You carry these abilities into all aspects of your reality, creating space for a profoundly spiritual life.

Who It's For
If you’ve graduated Lightwork Level 6, you’re a candidate for Level 7. It might be a fit for you if these statements ring true:
- You’d like to take significant new strides in your spiritual development and spiritual freedom.
- You’d like to be of service to the Lightwork practice and students.
- You’d like to live a spiritually-senior life.
- You’d like to gain spiritually-senior leadership skills that you can apply throughout your life.
- You’d like to experience and understand the inner workings of the Lightwork practice.
- You’d like to understand the spiritual workings of humanity and the multiverse at a more sophisticated level.
A guided Spiritual Journey
How It Works
This is a three-year program beginning annually in March. It can be done from any location. Here’s the structure:
Every Tuesday you participate in a full day of staff activities starting at 9 am Pacific with a soft ending after the Grad Class, around 9:30 pm Pacific.
Every week you support the year-long program classes taught by Scott Robinson and other teachers. This includes attending Level 6 classes on Monday nights and weekend classes with Level 4, 5 and 6 students. It also includes admin time outside of classes on various projects.
Twice a month (for Metro Vancouver apprentices), you visit the Lightwork Ecovillage, where Scott Robinson lives.
Level 7 students are required to meditate at least one hour a day and attend all Lightwork Grad Community activities including (but not limited to) the Healing Space, retreats, Sacred Space and the Specialty Class.
Your tuition includes 10 energy reading-healing sessions with Lightwork teacher/healers.

Fridays 6 pm – 8 pm PT – Online Meeting
2 Sundays a month (your choice) if you live locally
Additional admin/project time is required.

A Few More Things to Know...
- Level 7 offers a powerful, supportive structure for your personal healing.
- Be prepared to participate in a wide range of activities including admin, technical, logistical and marketing tasks.
- Be prepared to go with the flow. You may be asked to jump in where needed to support the flow of the practice.
- Every week you receive a distance healing from certified Lightworker teacher/healers.
- Above all else, Level 7 is about bringing your spiritual-seniority to everything you do.

Level 7 was like a backstage pass into the inner workings of the Lightwork practice. One of the best decisions I've ever made. Hands-down, the most powerful, transformational training program I've ever taken. An absolute game-changer.
Wildly eye-opening, humbling and inspiring, I had no idea how self-focused I was prior to Level 7! It enabled me to step into my power in ways I never thought possible, and only dreamed. The Apprenticeship introduced me to what it is to be in clean service to spiritual practice and community as a living, breathing lifestyle.
The care, integrity, power and clarity I have come to see from Lightwork's leadership enabled me to heal and rekindle my ability to trust power, and ultimately know that power can be held cleanly and honorably.
I now know that with time, dedication, care and clear intent, we can all become integrous leaders of Light — freeing self from limitations and wounds through the practice of cleanly assisting others on the journey toward freedom.

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Next Steps on the Journey
After Level 7, be an ongoing member of the Graduate Community Program. You may also be invited to be on the Lightwork Energy-Setting Staff team ongoing.
