Meditation Poem: Light Beyond Light

 


Walking the path out of darkness
 


Stepping into the Light
 


Like the sun,
orange and gentle,
coming up over the mountain
 


Generate the Light…
Let it shine bright
 


… Let it illuminate the darkness
 


Inspire a higher way of being
 


Liberation is the intent
 


Familiar darkness fall away
as the Light
gets brighter and brighter
 


With this Light
we transform this fragile world
 


We heal it
We are tender and loving
with the Earth again
 


And as Light and love
continue to grow
 


Soon one sees
The possibility of Light beyond Light
 


And in the end
one realizes
the light is just part of the journey
 


As the path leads
beyond the brightest Light
 


Ultimately beyond Light and dark itself
 


It leads directly home
 


Back to where we began
