The Gifts of Yearlong Lightwork Programs: Vihra’s Journey

With excitement building for Lightwork’s upcoming 2025–26 program year, I’ve been reflecting on the incredible journeys unfolding within our community.

In this post, I’m honoured to share reflections from Vihra, a Lightwork Level 5 student based in Europe, who beautifully captures what she calls the “gifts” of yearlong program studies at Lightwork. – Joni

Toward the end of 2023, I was considering if I should join Lightwork Level 4. It was not an easy choice. My main concern was, “will I have the time for such a commitment?”, as I was just starting a new project. I took few months sensing into it and I consciously decided to walk this path.

Now as a Level 5 student, I look back to the journey and I cannot imagine walking it without the gifts of the yearlong programs. Having a structure, which helps me to retain my daily practice and a community to share and enrich this experience felt deeply supportive. I love the weekly classes, the live sessions and all the different topics. So much healing, awareness, clarity and ease have become part of my life.
