Meditation Poem: Into This Earth

As I sit in the forest

I ground deeply into this earth

I saver the depth of manifestation

The more I ground
the more I can be here

The more I ground
the richer this place becomes

I have come here on a mission

I have come here to know the manifest inall its diversity

Much different than the ethereal flight of the Astral

A grounded body is heavy
in the most delightful way

I am not here forever

But while I am

I will enjoy the incredible power pull grounding

The wondrous connection to this beautiful world

This fragile realm
