Meditation Poem: The Lesson

Change is growth
Growth is change

We touch truth, we take the step
In circles and cycles the cosmos flows
And in the centre the Spirit knows

Yes I know you are here
Yes I can feel your love
You touch me so gently, like a warm breeze
With such ease you are all
Only revealing yourself when asked

Ascent and descent, the lesson is free will
