Meditation Poem: A Changing World

I saw the dark fall down the sky
I saw the grey drizzle away

A million drops
A million ripples
A million years
In an instant before my eyes

A trembling moment
A forgotten time
A deeper touch
A fear freed

A changing world!

And my body said… Ouch!
