I’m Different on a Cellular Level

Meditation has changed me on a cellular level.

My behavior and automatic responses are different after years of meditation. For example I recognize more fully when I judge someone, and I use meditation to examine what’s going on for me that’s causing that to happen.

Because of this, my relationships have deepened and become more loving. I am more patient and attentive to myself and others.

I find that with more presence and awareness, I’m no longer trying to act a certain way just to fit in.
